Knowing What It Means?

What legal protections does adding a “TM” provide?
Does a “TM” guarantee you own the rights to anything?

If you’re like most creative freelancers, you probably know something about trademarks already. For example, the “TM” shortcut is Option 2 on a Mac.

But there’s really more to it. That little “TM” mark can help protect brand names, logos, slogans, and even product designs. It establishes your claim and serves as public notice of your intellectual property.

So what else do you need to know? Let’s have lunch and find out!

Join us for an information-packed Lunch & Learn session outside the perimeter, at Serendipity Labs inAlpharetta. This is NOT a restaurant—it’s BYOL.

Pick up your favorite sandwich, salad, burger or whatever else you’re in the mood for and meet us at 100 North Point Center East. That’s just off North Point Parkway, near Mansell Road.

We’ll be dining al fresco, in Serendipity Lab’s outdoor patio area. Indoor space is available in case of bad weather.
