A guy at the Nob Hill coffee shop told me to drop my cheapest package, and my bookings went up
So I was venting to this older freelancer I met at a coffee shop on Central about how I was getting a bunch of $150 logo jobs that ate my whole week. He said flat out, "kill the cheap tier, you're just training people to lowball you." I argued with him for like 15 minutes because I needed the money. Three weeks later I finally did it and raised my base to $600, and I booked 4 projects in 9 days. Now I'm kinda mad I waited so long. Has anyone else had a client straight up say they trusted the higher price more?
