Wait, did you try messing with the depth of field too? @emeryo58 is right about that blur trick, it sells the whole thing way better than just noise alone.

Add a little blur to the edges too, especially on shiny objects. Real camera lenses don't catch every single line perfectly sharp. It's those tiny flaws that sell the image as real. The noise is a great start but you gotta think about depth and focus. Play with the lighting shadows a bit, make them softer. That combo usually does the trick for me.
