My AI transcription tool mangled a contract meeting, 3 hours of cleanup

Last Tuesday I used a popular AI note taker for a client meeting about a warehouse lease in Columbus. It heard "net lease" and typed "knee leash," and it turned "triple net" into "triple knit." I didn't catch it until I sent the summary to the client, who called me laughing but confused. I spent 3 hours going back through the raw audio and fixing the whole thing by hand. Has anyone else had AI tools wreck a legal or financial conversation worse than it helped?
