PSA: My AI scheduling bot double-booked 4 tenant inspections last Tuesday and I didn't catch it until I showed up at two units at once
I trusted this new automated calendar tool to sync with my property management system, but it merged the wrong time slots and I spent the whole afternoon apologizing to renters in Austin. Has anyone else had a smart assistant completely bungle basic logistics like this?

Ugh, that double-booking mess sounds like a total nightmare to clean up.

Nightmare" is generous, my schedule looked like a drunk octopus had a tantrum on it. Did your bot at least send apology emails or did you have to do that manually too?

That drunk octopus line made me laugh because it's exactly right. But this whole thing is part of a bigger problem we all see now. Everything's automated until it breaks, then we're left holding the bag. Like self-checkout at the grocery store - when it works, great. When it doesn't, you're standing there like an idiot while the one employee who can fix it is helping three other people. Or those automated phone systems that send you in circles. We traded human help for convenience, and now we're the unpaid IT support for all of it.
