Saw a demo at the Phoenix library where an AI read old property records and found 14 leaks nobody caught
The city clerk told me they fed 40 years of scanned permits into a model and it flagged patterns a human reviewer missed, so now I'm wondering if anyone here has tried that on HOA docs or old lease files.
