Wasted $300 on that AI scheduling tool that promised to automate all my calendars

I signed up for this glitzy AI scheduler 2 months ago thinking it would end the back and forth with clients, but it kept double booking my moving crew and missing time zone differences. Ended up costing me way more in missed jobs than the subscription fee. Has anyone else had better luck with a specific tool or is this whole category of AI just hype right now?

Maybe try looking at the scheduling side of it differently. Most of these tools fail because they don't understand your crew's travel time between jobs, so building that buffer manually in your calendar might be the real fix.

I get what you're saying, but I think the real problem is these tools don't let you set up default travel times between common job locations. That's a basic feature they should have built in from the start.
