Found a silicone muffin tray at a yard sale in Tulsa, now my egg bites are perfect

I stopped at a random yard sale last Saturday in Tulsa and grabbed a silicone muffin tray for like $2. I used to make egg bites in metal tins and they always stuck and came out lopsided. With this tray, I just whisk 6 eggs with some cheese and bacon, pour them in, and air fry at 300 for 12 minutes. They pop right out and the texture is so much fluffier. Have any of you tried using silicone molds for other stuff like mini quiches or even brownie bites?
