Frozen veggies turned out better than fresh in the air fryer. Here's proof.

I always thought frozen broccoli would just turn to mush in the air fryer. Gave it a shot last night at 400 degrees for 8 minutes with a little oil and salt. They came out crispy on the edges and tender inside, way better than the fresh stuff I usually buy. My wife even asked me to make a second batch. Has anyone else ditched fresh for frozen after trying it?

Man I was the exact same way, I always figured frozen veggies were just for emergency meals or if you're sick or something. I had totally written them off for anything crispy. But then a buddy of mine swore by frozen green beans in the air fryer and I finally tried it. Honestly it blew my mind, they came out way crunchier than fresh ones which always get limp on me. Now I keep a bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower in the freezer at all times. It's just way more consistent too, no worrying about the fresh stuff going bad in the fridge. So yeah, you're not alone, I'm a total convert now.
