I finally cooked pulled pork in my air fryer, and the time investment shocked me.

I prepared a pork shoulder for the air fryer yesterday. The cooking process took over four hours, but the meat came out really juicy. What other dishes have you all found that require a similar level of patience in the air fryer?

Totally agree with @the_john on the beef chuck roast. I did a three-pound one last month that needed a solid three and a half hours on a lower temp, but it shredded like a dream. Letting it rest in its juices for a bit afterward made all the difference. What other big cuts have you tried that just can't be rushed?

What about a beef chuck roast, since it needs similar time but turns out tender?

Seriously, chuck roast is a PERFECT example! I LOVE how it gets so tender after hours of slow cooking. But what about cuts like brisket or pork shoulder? Do they need even MORE time, or is there a way to keep them MOIST? I tried a pork shoulder once and it took ALL day, but it was amazing. How do you know when it's done RIGHT without going too far?
