I finally got a look inside the maintenance hangar at the regional airport in Springfield and the sheer amount of deferred write-ups on the logbook for a single CRJ-200 was staggering.
Has anyone else seen a backlog get that bad, and how do you even start prioritizing when everything is flagged?

Hear you, @gray_hall4, but careful paperwork feels like a cover story. Seen this before where a city permit office "lost" an application for months, just sitting on it. Or a bank asking for the same notarized letter three separate times. That's not being careful, that's just creating pointless delays to avoid doing the actual work. It's a classic stall tactic.
