Just read a stat that blew my mind about composite repairs

I was flipping through a 2023 FAA advisory circular and saw that a single, improperly cured composite patch on a wing skin can reduce the structure's fatigue life by over 60%. Found it while looking up a specific resin system for a job. Anyone have a go-to method to ensure a perfect cure every time?

Just wing it, what's the worst that could happen.

My friend said that before a job interview last year. He ended up talking about his pet lizard for ten minutes straight.

Guess @lisab32's friend should stick to lizard care, not composite work.
