Just realized I wasted $200 on a cheap wireless sensor tester

I bought a 'SureSignal' brand tester online last month for about $200 because the price was good. It worked fine for a week, then started giving false 'good signal' readings on sensors that were actually failing. I had to go back and re-test a whole house in Tempe with my old meter, which cost me half a day. Has anyone found a wireless tester under $300 that they actually trust?
