Am I the only one who sees customers tie their own rope seats wrong every single time?
I had a guy last week in Denver use a slipped figure eight on a branch he couldn't even reach with his lanyard, and then he asked me why his saddle felt loose, so how do you explain safe knot placement without sounding like a jerk?

Totally agree with you @the_faith, the "tie their own knots" approach is exactly what more people need to hear. I've found that just stepping back and letting people figure things out on their own saves so much frustration in the long run lol. It's wild how often folks come asking for help when they haven't even tried looking things up or just giving it a shot themselves.
