Just had to pick between a $500 fixed price or a 15% commission for a one-off website job.
I went with the flat fee and finished it in a weekend, but now I'm wondering if the commission would have paid more long-term. Has anyone else faced a similar choice on a small project?

Oh for sure, I had an agent push for a flat rate and it was the right call.
