Hit 500 miles in my Civic last month and my car just gave up on me

I was driving back from visiting my mom in Macon last week when my odometer rolled over to 200,000 miles. I had no idea it was that high! I bought this car used three years ago and it had 150,000 then, so I knew it was up there, but seeing that number just hit different. Right after I saw it, the check engine light came on and my car started shaking on the highway. I pulled over at a gas station near Griffin and sat there for like 20 minutes just staring at the dash. Turns out it was a dead spark plug, nothing major, but still. Has anyone else had a car hit a crazy milestone like that and then something random breaks right after?
