Just realized I hit 500 five-star reviews on my property listings
I was just messing around in the portal this morning and noticed the count. Five HUNDRED positive reviews across all the units I manage. That's like 8 years of tenants saying nice things about how I handle maintenance and move-in issues. It hit me because I usually only hear from people when something's BROKEN, so seeing that many good ones felt like a real win. Any other property folks here keep track of their review numbers or is that just me being weird?

Honestly I used to think reviews were just for bragging rights but seeing that number all in one place actually makes me want to care more about the little stuff.

@abbyhall that's exactly how it started for me too. Once I started paying attention to my review numbers I noticed patterns I could Fix. Like I saw people mentioning the same thing over and over so I knew exactly where to put my energy. It feels Good when you fix something small and then see people mention the improvement later. Just pick one thing at a time or you'll drive yourself crazy trying to fix EVERYTHING at once.

Tbh @abbyhall that's where it clicks for most people. You start seeing the numbers as actual clues instead of just noise. Pick the easiest fix first, like a common complaint about packaging or a FAQ thing. Once you knock that out and see the bump it keeps you going.
