Swore by cloth napkins for years but just gave up on them

I was all about being eco-friendly with cloth napkins for like 4 years, but last week I had a stack of 30 sitting in the laundry basket while guests were coming over in an hour. Just switched to a bulk pack of paper ones from Costco and honestly the convenience is winning me over. Anyone else ditch a habit they thought they'd never quit?

My friend Sarah was the exact same way with cloth diapers, swore by them for her first kid but by baby #2 she was ordering bulk boxes of disposables from Amazon. @martinez.paul is right that convenience usually wins in the long run, she told me she felt guilty for like two days then never looked back. Sometimes you just gotta pick your battles with what actually makes life easier.
