The 10pm Taco Stand on Buford Highway that changed my whole ordering game

Last Friday I hit that little taco spot near the 285 exit, the one with the yellow awning that's always packed. Guy in front of me ordered 3 al pastor and asked for extra lime, and the cashier told him they run out of limes by 9:30pm every night. I've been going there for months and never thought to ask about their prep schedule, now I call ahead and I get the good stuff every time. Has anyone else figured out the secret timing at their favorite late night spot, or am I the last one to catch on?

Figured out that you gotta show up right when they open if you want the good stuff. Used to roll in around 10pm and wonder why the meat seemed dry or the salsa tasted off. Now I swing by at 6:30 or 7 and it's like a whole different place. Honestly thought being a regular meant you got treated better, but turns out it's just about when you hit the door. The line's shorter too, which is a bonus. Kind of annoying I wasted all those months eating the leftovers, but at least I know now.
