The 4 PM wifi killer hit Buckhead again today

Every workday the internet dies right at 4 PM at my spot near Lenox Square, and today it cost me a live client call. Fiber line gets clogged every afternoon, support said 48 hours to fix, but this is the third time this month. Anyone else in the area dealing with this exact shutdown time?

Same thing hits my place near Piedmont Park around 3:45 most days, right when I'm wrapping up video calls. Last Tuesday I had to switch to my phone hotspot just to finish a simple Zoom check-in, and that burned through my data for the week. The worst part is support keeps saying it's "intermittent" when it's literally clockwork, like someone flips a switch every afternoon. I've started scheduling my heavy uploads for the morning just to dodge it. You'd think with all the money in Buckhead they'd have better infrastructure than this by now.
