Guy at the Westin breakfast said he books his coffee meetings 15 min before the other person, and now I get it
I was at a Tuesday morning meetup in Buckhead last week and this older guy mentioned he always shows up 15 minutes early to coffee chats so he can pick the table and get his thoughts together. He said it changes the whole feel of the talk because he's settled instead of scrambling for parking. Do you all build in buffer time before your one on ones or just roll in right at the meeting time?
