Just found out most Atlanta networking events have less than 20% repeat attendance

I was digging through some survey data from the Atlanta Business Chronicle and it said 82% of people at local networking mixers are first-timers. That means we're all talking to strangers every single time instead of building relationships. How are we supposed to actually grow connections if nobody comes back?

Less than 20% repeat attendance" basically means networking is just a revolving door of awkward hellos.
