The handshake test still tells you more than any resume
Been doing Atlanta networking events since 2012, both as attendee and later as a volunteer organizer. Last week at a Buckhead mix, this guy hands me his card before we even said hi. No name, no small talk, straight to his pitch. I checked his LinkedIn after, great background, but that first 10 seconds told me everything about how he works. Anyone else notice the ones who skip basic etiquette are always the ones who ghost you after the follow up?
