Snapped a breaker bar on a seized lug nut, found a lighter fix
Last Saturday in my driveway, I was fighting a corroded lug nut on my buddy's 2006 F-150, and the 1/2 inch breaker bar sheared clean off at the handle. After cussing for a bit, I grabbed my propane torch, heated the nut for about 90 seconds, then hit it with a regular socket and it spun off like it was greased. Anybody else keep a torch handy for rusted fasteners, or am I just the slow guy who never thought of it sooner?

Wait, you mean propane worked but you never tried it before that?
