Warning: I read that techs waste 18 minutes a day hunting for the 10mm, so is a tool cart worth it or is it just pride?
Ran across a shop time study from a trade mag that said techs lose about 18 minutes a day just walking back to the box for sockets, and now I'm stuck between buying a rolling cart for the bay or admitting my box layout is the real problem, so what actually cut your walk time the most?
