Wasted $350 on a ceramic coating kit that failed in 6 months
Bought a DIY ceramic coating kit from an online shop and followed the directions perfectly, but it started peeling off after just 6 months. Anyone else have bad luck with those at-home coating kits?

You said "followed the directions perfectly" but most DIY ceramic coatings need at least 48 hours of dry, warm weather to bond right.

Hang on, $350 for that? No way. I had to read that twice because I thought maybe I was seeing things. For that kind of money you expect everything to be pretty solid, not something that falls apart or has major issues. Idk, maybe I'm just lucky with my stuff, but that's a rough deal for sure.
