Watched a guy at the Columbus trade show check every lug nut by hand before handing back the keys
I was at a regional trade show in Columbus last fall and this older tech spent 10 minutes going around a car with a torque wrench, then re-checked every lug by hand even after the click. He mentioned he had seen a wheel come off a truck once and never trusted just the wrench sound again. Do you guys re-check by hand after torquing or just go with the click?

Last time I checked lugs by hand I found one I'd missed entirely, so now I do it just to keep my ego in check. The click is a suggestion, the hand shake is the truth.
