A guy at the Lakeland garden swap showed me his tomato setup and now my beds look nothing like they did in March
Went to the swap at Munn Park back in March just to get rid of some extra pepper seedlings. This older guy named Ray had 6 tomato plants in 5 gallon buckets, all staked with old broom handles, and he said he hasn't planted in the ground in 4 years. I copied the bucket thing that same weekend and my plants are almost chest high now, no blight so far. Anyone else here grow tomatoes in buckets instead of raised beds?
