That one time a squirrel stole my whole bag of charcoal right off the deck
I was at my cousin's place in Austin last July and a fat little gray squirrel somehow dragged a 10-pound bag of Kingsford down two steps and into a bush, so now I store my grill supplies in a metal locker and check for acorn stashes before every cookout, anybody else have critters ruin your setup?

Hold up, a ten pound bag?! That's like a third of that squirrel's body weight! I saw a video of a gray squirrel dragging a whole slice of pizza down the subway stairs, but a bag of charcoal is next level. They're surprisingly strong for their size, must have been a real workout getting that into a bush.

Right! Those squirrels are basically furry little bodybuilders when they want to be. I saw one hauling a full bagel with cream cheese up a tree once, and it took like ten tries but it got it there. They pack on the muscle from all that running and climbing, it's crazy. And a ten pound bag of charcoal is straight up impressive, that squirrel probably had to stop and rest every few feet. Maybe it's building a secret grill setup in that bush for a summer cookout with its squirrel friends.
