Let my bread dough rise in the car trunk, now I'm hooked

Had no time and left it in there on a sunny afternoon. It came out so good, I think it's better than room temperature rising. Anybody else try something like this?

Just watch out for that trunk smell getting into the crust.

Whoa, my buddy swears by doing that in the summer! He says his loaves get this awesome fluffy texture every time.

Car trunk rises are a game changer in warm weather. @eric_gonzalez26 has a point about the texture, but keep an eye on the clock so it doesn't overproof. Done right, it beats room temp every time.
