Can we talk about recipes that expect you to chill dough overnight?
Saw a post for cookies that said to chill the dough 24 hours, who has that kind of planning on a Tuesday night? I tried it once at 11pm and just baked them straight, they came out fine, so is the wait really worth it or just food blog drama?
