My first loaf in 3 months came out flat and it taught me my oven thermometer was lying
I finally checked the dial against a $9 oven thermometer I got at Ace in Boise and found my oven runs 40 degrees cool, so what do you all do to make up for a lazy oven, just bump the temp up or get it serviced?
