Before, I was always 'just checking' emails until bed, but after three weeks of a hard stop, my sleep is way better and my mornings feel clearer. Anyone else set a strict end time for their work day?
The whole "unfiltered brain at night" thing sounds like a good excuse to stay up late scrolling your phone. Daytime is when you actually have the energy and focus to do something with those ideas.
