Picked quiet mornings over late nights, my energy bill dropped $80 last month

Tbh I always thought I was a night owl, so I kept cramming client work from 10pm to 2am. Then I tried switching to 6am starts for two weeks straight, just to see if the hype was real. Honestly, the difference is huge, my focus is better and I'm not hitting that 3pm wall where I just stare at the screen. I also stopped ordering takeout for dinner since I'm asleep by 10 now, which saved me about $80 last month. Has anyone else made the switch and found their burnout got way more manageable?

That quiet morning switch really does change things. My sleep schedule used to be a mess too, and when I moved my work to 7am starts, the afternoon crash basically disappeared. Also noticed I cook actual breakfast instead of grabbing fast food on the way, which adds up way faster than people think. Glad it's working for you, that $80 is a nice bonus on top of feeling better.
