Took a walk at 3pm today and it cut my evening anxiety in half
I was hitting that 4pm wall where every tiny task felt like a mountain, so I just left the laptop and walked 20 minutes around my neighborhood in Austin. No phone, no podcast, just looking at houses and trees. Came back and knocked out a full revision in 45 minutes that I'd been dragging on since morning. I think my brain needed a hard stop, not another coffee refill. Has anyone else tried a mid-afternoon reset instead of pushing through the slump?
