Can we talk about the $89 'payment reminder' service that did nothing for me?
I signed up for a 3 month plan with a service called BillNudge back in January and it cost me $89. I had 4 invoices past due by 45 days and they just sent the same boring emails I was already sending myself. Zero of those 4 got paid until I picked up the phone and called each person directly. Has anyone found a reminder tool that actually gets people to pay, or is phone calls just the only thing that works?
