DAE remember when you could mail a paper bill and get a check back in 10 days flat?
I was just going through my log book and realized my average wait went from 11 days back in 2013 to 34 days now, and the phone chaser calls are the only thing that still works, so I'm curious what the rest of you do when a net 30 quietly turns into a net 60.
