Got my first $500 invoice paid in under 24 hours
I was sitting at my kitchen table in Portland last Tuesday. Normally clients take 2 weeks to pay, but this one actually read my "due on receipt" note. Any tips to keep this momentum going?

Sent the invoice with a quick thank you note attached, and it made them feel good about paying fast. Now I add a small discount for anyone who pays within 24 hours, keeps them coming back.

The quick thank you note thing is lowkey genius. Small discount for fast payers is smart too, keeps it positive instead of nagging.
