I finally figured out why my invoices kept getting 'lost' after 45 days

Turns out a client in Austin was filtering my emails straight to spam because I used the word 'overdue' in the subject line. I switched to saying 'gentle reminder' and suddenly they saw it within a day. Took me 3 months of chasing to learn that little trick. Anyone else run into weird filters like that?

Wow, I read that spam filters can flag common business words too. Crazy how sensitive they are!
