My sister said to charge late fees from day one, and I fought her on it for 8 months
She ran her own cleaning business in Mesa and swore the $25 late fee after 14 days is what kept her cash flow steady, but I thought it would scare people off. Turns out I was the one getting paid 30, 40, 60 days out while she never waited past two weeks, so now I'm curious how you all word that fee without sounding like a jerk.
