Rant: my dentist in Boise still mails paper bills and I got one 47 days late
I opened it thinking it was a birthday card from my aunt, and by then the 30 day window to pay without a late fee had already come and gone, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has just called a small office like that and asked them to knock the $25 off.
