Just realized I spent 11 days trying to find one show my wife and I could both stick with
We've been together 9 years and picking something to watch together has never been this hard. We each made a list of shows we liked, compared them, and found zero overlap, so we started a shared spreadsheet and rated 30 pilots in two weeks. Most got cut in the first 15 minutes, and a few great ones died because one of us fell asleep and was too stubborn to rewatch. What actually broke the logjam was finding a show neither of us would have picked alone, a slow British crime thing set in a coastal town. How do you and your partner actually land on something, or is it always a negotiation?
