Took a chance on that 90s sci-fi series everyone forgot about

Last month I started watching 'Space: Above and Beyond' from 1995 on a streaming deep cut, and it completely hooked me after two episodes. The practical effects and tight military storytelling held up way better than I expected. Has anyone else found an old show that surprised them like this?

Figured I'd dust off my old VCR and watch 'SeaQuest DSV' again. Turns out it's still pretty bad but in a good way.

yeah but @david_walker97 it's an old show not that deep lol
