Why does nobody talk about how you're supposed to stop a binge halfway through a season?
I was 6 episodes deep into a show on Netflix last Tuesday at 1am and caught myself hitting next before the credits even rolled, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has a rule for when to actually walk away for the night instead of pushing through a whole season.
