Had to replace a whole expansion box of minis after one bad glue session
I was assembling my Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion minis and used regular super glue on the first one. It dried cloudy and brittle, and the arm snapped off clean the next day. Had to buy a whole new set for $25 because the single mini replacement cost $12 plus shipping. Has anyone else had better luck with plastic cement for these softer miniatures?

Wait the pouch detail just dissolved? That's wild, I thought those Jaws minis were made of tougher stuff than that.

DUDE, that SUCKS. I did the EXACT same thing with my Jaws minis. Used regular super glue on the Hatchet guy and the little pouch detail just dissolved into a cloudy mess. Plastic cement has been a lifesaver since then, especially for those softer minis that feel almost rubbery. The bond is way stronger too, like it actually MELDS the plastic together instead of just sitting on top.

morganl71 nailed it with the plastic cement thing. Reminds me of how my dad used to fix everything with duct tape growing up, but when the tape finally failed, it was always worse than before. Sometimes the quick fix is just a recipe for a bigger headache later.
