My game group's snack policy has gotten way too complex

We used to just bring whatever chips were on sale, but now there's a rotating schedule, a $10 budget cap, and a ban on 'crumbly' items. This started after someone brought cheese puffs to a game of Twilight Imperium in 2021. How do you handle snacks without turning it into a second job?

My buddy's group just gave up and orders pizza now, no more rules.

More no rules" just sounds like anarchy to me. @the_spencer, you gotta admit that's just giving up on having any kind of system. I've seen groups where nobody sets basic boundaries and it always ends up with someone getting stuck with the whole bill or people showing up with five bags of chips and nothing else. A little structure saves a lot of headache later. Pizza's fine but having some ground rules keeps everyone from getting annoyed at each other.

Ever try a one-page cheat sheet instead?
