Pre-setting game pieces sped up our game nights

I lay out all the tokens and cards before my friends come over. This cuts down on confusion and lets us jump right into playing.

Three game nights ago, I realized presetup is a game changer after resisting it for years.

Ever notice how it changes the mood when people walk in?

Took me forever to admit presetup was worth the effort. @ninataylor is right about it being a game changer once you get past that.
