Exactly what @samreed said, the hype train often derails when real life hits. Remember those viral videos of that new phone case that was supposed to be unbreakable? People were smashing it with hammers online. Then regular folks got it and a simple drop from pocket height cracked it wide open. Marketing builds this perfect bubble that everyday use just pops. It's a total letdown when the cold reality doesn't match the warm hype.
