Hot take: a vendor at the Raleigh plant swap sold me a pothos with root rot and it wiped out 3 of my plants
I picked up a golden pothos at the Raleigh swap meet back in August and didn't check the roots before paying. Within two weeks the rot had spread to my monstera and two philodendrons through shared watering trays. Now I quarantine every new plant on a separate shelf for 14 days with its own saucer, no exceptions. Does anyone else run a full quarantine setup, or am I being too paranoid?
