PSA: that $65 mortar hoe saved my back and I almost didn't buy it
I mix everything by hand in a wheelbarrow on small jobs and my lower back was shot after a 900 block garage in Dayton. So I finally spent $65 on a long handled mortar hoe with the holes in the blade instead of using my old flat shovel. Three pours in and I can mix a full batch in half the time and my back isn't screaming at night. I felt dumb for waiting so long to spend the money. What small tool did you put off buying forever and then wish you'd grabbed way sooner?
